Return & Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Payments – All payments made for courses (live or recorded) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Course Access – Once course access (live batch or recorded videos) is provided, no refund requests will be entertained.
- Batch Rescheduling – In case a batch is rescheduled by the trainer, students will be notified in advance. No refunds will be issued for such changes.
- Duplicate Payment – If any duplicate payment is made by mistake, the extra amount will be refunded after verification within 7–10 working days.
- Technical Issues – If a student faces login or access issues, support will be provided to resolve the problem. Refunds will not be considered for such cases.
- Change of Mind – Refunds will not be issued if a student decides not to continue after enrollment.
- Course Transfer – Payments cannot be transferred to another student or another course.
- Trainer Rights – The trainer reserves the right to cancel or modify any course. In such rare cases, an appropriate solution will be provided, but not necessarily a refund.
